• No extra guests are permitted unless discussed and approved in advance.
• Fills must be booked within 3 weeks of your last appointment. Anything beyond 3 weeks will be scheduled as a full set.
• A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
• Appointments canceled within 24–48 hours of the scheduled time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
